        3 simple ways to ensure your brand stays on the path of success.

      • When you get stuck on your brand-building journey, try to go back to ABC Method.

        #1: Align

        I know. I know...brand-building is hard work. Social Media. Partnerships. Public Speaking. Webinars. Zoom Calls. It can be a lot on your growing brand to keep up with.

         

        When things get hectic and you feel overwhelmed, always try to go back to alignment. Make sure that every opportunity...every new hire...every interview that you are in alignment with your core values and strengths.

         

        Don't bother trying to be something and emulate another leader because you think that is better than showing up as your authentic self.

         

        You are special and highly capable to create massive change in your sphere of influence.

         

        Always return back to alignment to stay centered and on your path of purpose and success.

         

        #2: Build

        What are you building right now? Is it a brand? Is it a business? Is it a team? Is it a new signature offer?

         

        Whatever it is, you are the Master Architect.

         

        As your personal brand continues to expand, you want to be constantly building out more opportunities, so that you will not feel limited or boxed in.

         

        Just remember, if you stop building then you stop expanding and you don't want to stop expanding.

         

        You want to build connections, partnerships, audiences, offers, teams, networks. Build. Build. Build.

         

        #3: Cultivate

        When brand-building, you want to ensure that you cultivate a space (whether physical or not) that allows for creativity, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Even though you are developing your personal brand more and more, it is really not about YOU.

         

        It is about the people that you impact and influence, that makes your personal brand so transformative and amazing.

         

        The people are you whether they are staff, department heads, partners, investors, mentors...they want to be welcomed in a space cultivated by you that appreciates and nurtures your relationship for future growth and impact.

         

        Those in your sphere of influence want to evoke change and establish prosperity for themselves.

         

        Always ask yourself, "am I cultivating an atmosphere for those that I touch to do just that?"
